Jennifer K. Hill is a dynamic entrepreneur, Evolutionary Leader, author, speaker, and a recognized figure. With two books and acclaimed white papers to her name, Jennifer has established herself as a thought leader in the realms of business and personal development. She recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Visioneers.

By the age of 38, Jennifer had successfully built and sold her first company in the legal recruiting space to a subsidiary of Marcum LLP, subsequently serving as the President of their California Division. Her expertise and insights have been showcased through her popular podcast, Regarding Consciousness, where she has engaged in conversations with global leaders such as Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Rollin McCraty, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. John Demartini, and many others.

Jennifer has also been at the helm of major events, including moderating a 2020 discussion at UCI with Dean Bill Maurer, Professor Don Hoffman, and Dr. Deepak Chopra. Additionally, she hosted the Global Coherence Initiative’s largest event of the year, which brought together over 600 participants from around the world, featuring thought leaders like Gregg Braden and Howard Martin.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer is passionate about giving back to the community, having built two schools in developing countries.

In her latest venture, Jennifer co-founded OptiMatch (om.app), a technology company leveraging a proprietary algorithm to foster high-trust relationships in business. She continues to work closely with CEOs, providing consulting and coaching to enhance alignment, retention, and productivity within their teams through her software and expertise.
